If you’ve been looking forward to another heaping helping of Menu de Backyard, you’re in luck – the culinary component of Acadie Rock is back.

Inspired by poet Guy Arsenault’s poem Tableau de Backyard and his references to Moncton’s food scene in the 70s, this limited-time Acadian menu at various local restaurants is filled with twists on traditional flavours and innovative creations.
